Aquaterr Instruments & Automation, LLC acquired the technology and expertise of Aquaterr Instruments, Inc., a manufacturer of soil measurement probes, and Ravalco, Inc., a manufacturer of wireless radio activated devices used with irrigation pumps and valves. These companies have been delivering innovative irrigation automation and soil measurement products to the irrigation industry throughout the world since 1985. The existing products have been in production for more than a decade and each have made major contributions to both Agriculture and Turf industries.

Our management team as over 50 years of industry experience in management, marketing and engineering, substantially in radio control system design, soil probe measurement techniques and quality control.
